A little more about them…
Roger started flying at a young age and spent most of his career at United Airlines. After nearly 40 years, he recently hung up his hat and officially retired. Following his passion for snow, he has spent many of his winters living, driving Uber/Lyft and recreating in Steamboat Springs, but has recently decided to officially call the Yampa Valley home year-round. With the move, came the opportunity to expand his passion for driving into his own transportation company, Roger That Inc.
He is excited for the opportunity to continue to safely transport you through his beloved town and is happy to share with you some of his local favorites. When he’s not driving you can find him perfecting his golf game or attending meetings with the Routt County Powder Riders. Don’t forget to grab your signature Jolly Rancher next time you hitch a ride!
Although Shelley never joined the commercial aviation industry, she did solo an airplane and enjoyed accompanying Roger on one of his flights whenever she could. After getting her Master’s Degree from Wichita State University in Speech Pathology, she went on to work in the field of audiology before ultimately stepping away to raise their three now adult children. You can now find her driving the town streets with Roger That Inc. and sharing all of her favorite spots with passengers.
Shelley has enjoyed making Steamboat Springs her home and loves everything about small-town living. When she’s not driving you can find her on the golf course, playing a game of MahJong, enjoying an evening of Bunco or chasing around her two very active grandsons.
